摘　　要：通过材料成型过程及模具省部共建重点实验室和微成型技术省重点实验室建设,探讨了重点实验室在教研型高校中人才培养、本科教学等方面的作用、培养模式和制度,为教研型高校充分利用重点实验室资源,促进科研、教学、人才培养探索出一条切实有效的途径。Taking Key Laboratory of Advanced Materials Processing ＆ Mold Ministry of Education and Micro Moulding Technology Key Laboratory of Henan Province as an example, this paper discusses function and cultivating mode of the key laboratories on talent cultivation in the teaching research type university. It was tried to find an effective way to promote the scientific research and talent cultivation by making full use of key laboratory resources.
