经管类应用型本科实践教学体系的构建

摘　　要：结合经管类应用型本科人才培养的特点,从目标、层次、可操作性和特色性的实践教学体系构建出发,创新性地提出"12534"实践教学体系,即,以实践教学内容体系为"主体",实践教学保障和实践教学考评体系为"两翼";基本素质养成、学科基础实践,专业实验实训、综合应用实践、创新创业实践为实践教学"五模块",搭建实验教学中心、专业实习实训基地和科技创新"三平台",旨在培养学生学科知识基础应用、专业岗位实践、学科知识综合应用、创新创业实战的"四能力"。Based on characteristics of application-oriented undergraduate of economy and management, this paper creatively puts forward the ＂12534＂ practical teaching system on the basis of the construction principles of objectives, hierarchy, operability and features. That is to take the practice teaching content system as the ＂subject＂, both security system and evaluation system as ＂ two wings＂, five practices such as basic quality developing, subject foundation, specializing in experimental training, comprehensive practice, innovation and entrepreneurship as ＂five modules＂. Then the paper builds up the ＂three platform＂ which includes experimental teaching center, professional practice base and innovation of science and technology platform. The aim is to develop students＇ applications of academic knowledge, professional job practice, integrated application of academic knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship combat, and they gather together the ＂four capabilities＂.
