摘  要:高校思政课教师作为高校思想政治教育课方略的"直接执行者"和学生思想道德的"领路人",这一特殊教师群体自身道德素养的提升尤为重要。针对目前在思想政治教学中出现的职业道德缺失问题,从职业道德建设考评机制和职业责任意识内外因两个层面剖析缺失原因,并提出以强化职业道德建设的外部环境、内化机制和职业责任意识三方面为手段,促进高校思想政治教育课教师职业道德的不断提升。As the"direct executor'of ideological and political course strategy and"moral guider"of the students, teachers as a special group of ideological and political course in universities, should improve their own moral cultivation which is extremely significant. As for the problem of the lack of professional morals in the teaching of ideological politics currently, this paper analyses the reasons from the two factors of profess- ional moral construction evaluation mechanism and professional responsibility consciousness and puts forth suggestions to promote ideological and political course teachers'professional morals in universities by the approaches of strengthening the three aspects of exterior environment, interior mechanism and professional responsibility consciousness of professional moral construction.
