专科层次师范生就业现状与对策分析——基于四川省师范类专科生的调查

摘　　要：通过对四川师范专科毕业生及学校的调查,指出了师范类专科生目前就业存在的新问题,从高校本身、社会用人机制、学生自身等方面分析了造成问题的原因。立足师范类专科生就业变化的新问题,结合学校培养人才的机制,从提升毕业生的核心就业能力、完善就业指导体系、培养学生的科研能力等方面提出解决就业难问题的对策。By an investigation of junior normal colleges and students in Sichuan ,the article pointed out new prob-lems in the current employment of junior normal college students ,and analyzed the reasons of these problems from colleges and universities,social employment system,and students themselves.In view of these new problems,in com-bination with the talents cultivation system in colleges and universities ,the paper put forward that we should resolve the difficulty of employment from the improvement of graduates ’ core employability,the perfecting of career guid-ance system,and the cultivation of scientific research ability of students .
