摘　　要：卓越工程师计划的提出,对高等技术院校大学生的技术素养提出了新的更高要求。在理清应用型工程师技术素养内涵及意义的基础上,基于对上海电机学院学生技术素养现状的调查,提出了提高技术院校大学生技术素养的对策和建议。The Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program have proposed new and higher requirements on the higher technical college students＇ technology accomplishment. Based on the understanding of the meaning as well as the significance of the application-oriented engineer＇s technology accomplishment, strategies and suggestions are put forward to enhance technology accomplishment after the status survey of students＇ technology accomplishment from Shanghai Electronic and Mechanical College was conducted.
