摘  要:目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)相关蛋白E6和E7及CD4+和CD8+T细胞在肺癌组织中的表达及二者的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测107例肺癌患者术后组织中HPV相关蛋白E6和E7及CD4+和CD8+T细胞的表达水平。结果107例肺癌组织中HPV相关蛋白的阳性表达率为57.94%(62/107),HPV相关蛋白表达与肺癌分化程度及吸烟史相关(x^2值分别为9.483和6.683,P值均〈O.05)。HPV阳性表达组与阴性表达组的CD4+和CD8+T细胞的表达均存在显著性差异(x^2值分别为26.533和21.266,P值均〈0.05),HPV相关蛋白表达与CD4+和CD8+T细胞的表达呈正相关(Rs=0.446,P〈0.05;Rs=0.407,P〈0.05)。结论HPV感染可引起肺癌患者机体特异性炎症反应,为肺癌的肿瘤免疫治疗提供理论基础。Objective To investigate the expressions of human papillomavirus (HPV) related protein E6,E7 and CD4+ ,CD8+ T cell in lung cancer and their relationship. Methods The expressions of HPV E6, E7 and CD4+ ,CD8+ T cell in 107 cases of lung cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of HPV in lung cancer was 57.94% (62/107). The expression of HPV was related with degree of differentiation of lung cancer and history of smoking ( x^2 = 9. 483, P G 0.05; x^2=6. 683, P G0.05). The expression levels of CD4+ T cell and CD8+ T cell were significantly different between the positive HPV group and the negative HPV group ( 2:2 : 26. 533, P 〈0.05; 2 : 21. 266, P 〈0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of HPV and levels of CD4+ T cell and CD8+ T cell in lung cancer patients ( Rs=0. 446, P 〈0.05 ; Rs=0. 407, P 〈0.05). Conclusions HPV infection may cause the specific inflammatory response in lung cancer patients. That may provide a theoretical basis for lung cancer immunotherapy.
