摘　　要：实践技能培养是高职教育的特色与关键。高职院校航海技术专业具有实践性强的特征,决定了其专业能力培养应以实际操作为主,应从强化实践教学环节、改善航海类专业实践教学条件、加强实操评估训练与考核、完善学生上船顶岗实习培养机制等方面加以提高。Practical skills training is the characteristic and key of the higher vocational ducation . Nautical technolo- gy specialty in higher vocational colleges has the characteristics of strong practicality, determines their professional ability training should with practical give priority to, should strengthen the practice teaching link, improve navigation class spe- cialized practice teaching conditions, stlengthen the field evaluation training and assessment, improve the student cultiva- tion mechanism of field work to improve.
