摘　　要：巫傩舞在我国延续了数千年之久,对我国社会政治、经济、文化思想观念及我国民族民间艺术的发展起到了非常重要的作用。文章从舞蹈民族志的视角,对湘西巫傩舞的历史流变和发展渊源作了历时性的简单梳理,并通过视觉民族志方法,对湘西傩舞的形态美学特征和视觉审美价值进行深层次的阐释,特别是对湘西巫傩舞表演者的体态动律、服饰特点和颜色、巫傩面具及禹步的历史渊源关系展开了深入的探讨,以此揭开巫傩舞的神秘面纱,展现了原始巫傩舞的艺术精神和视觉审美价值。Nuo dances have enjoyed a fame for thousands of years, and have exerted significant influences on the politics, economy, cultural concepts and folk arts of Chinese people. This paper tries to figure out the historical changes and developmental periods of Nuo dances from the perspective of national dances. Meanwhile, the formative and visual aesthetics of Nuo dances are probed into, especially characteristics like gestures, costumes, colors and masks, so as to reveal the mystery of Nuo dances and display the artistic spirits and visual aesthetics of Nuo dances.
