摘  要:提出了以梁单元对车架进行建模及分析优化的方法,并以某125摩托车车架为例进行应用分析。根据车架各管件实际结构尺寸,以梁单元建立了摩托车车架的有限元模型。通过梁单元模型的计算模态与实体车架的实验模态对比,验证了以梁单元建立有限元模型的正确性与高效性。通过定义梁单元截面尺寸,以各管件的内径为设计变量,以提高第1阶模态频率为目标,对梁单元模型进行了灵敏度分析和尺寸优化,显著改善了车架的结构性能。表明了以梁单元模拟车架进行分析及优化的准确性与可行性。A method,which was based on beam element,was put forward to model,analyze and optimize the motorcycle frame,and an application analysis was presented with a 125 motorcycle frame as an example.The finite element model of the motorcycle frame was established according to the actual structure pipe sizes.It was verified that the model based on beam element was correct and high efficiency through the conform results between experimental and calculated modal analysis.To improve the first order modal frequency,the sensitivity analysis and size optimization were accomplished by defining beam element section size as the design variables.The simulate results showed that the method of structure analysis and optimization based on beam element were accurate and feasible.
