摘  要:目的在乳腺超声弹性成像检查中,应用组织弥散定量分析方法,探讨不同感兴趣区域(ROI)的大小、位置对弹性测值的影响。方法对100例患者共104个乳腺占位进行超声弹性成像检查,分别采用以下三种方式:①将ROI置于病灶中心部位,大小设置为整个病灶大小、2/3病灶大小、1/3病灶大小。②将ROI设置为1/3病灶大小,分别置于病灶上1/3,中1/3和下1/3。③将ROI设置为1/3病灶大小,分别置于病灶同一深度的左1/3,中1/3和右1/3;应用上述三种方法对每一个乳腺占位均进行组织弥散定量分析,得到该占位的11个弹性特征量。结果 11个弹性特征量在上述3组组内比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论取样框的大小、位置对乳腺占位组织弥散定量分析的弹性测值无明显影响。Objective To evaluate the effect of the size and position of region of interesting (ROI) on diagnosis of breast lesions by tis- sue dispersion quantitative analysis. Methods One hundred patients with lOg breast lesions were examined by ultrasonic elastography. The exam- ination method could be divided into three types : (1) The size of ROI adapted to the size of most lesions, two - third lesions and one - third lesions,then the ROI was placed at the center of lesions. (2) Making the size of R0I to one - third lesion, then placed it at the upper part of lesion, middle of lesion and lower part of lesion respectively. (3) Making the size of ROI to one - third of lesion, then placed it at the left part of lesion, middle part of lesion and right part of lesion at the same depth respectively. By applying these three methods to each breast lesion, and the tissue disper- sion quantitative analysis was carried out . There were eleven characteristic quanta of breast lesions obtained. Results The eleven characteristic quanta of breast lesions have no difference in every group. Conclusion The size and position of RO! have no effect on diagnostic result of breast lesions by the tissue dispersion quantitative analysis .
