浒苔藻体生命周期内测试密度与反射光谱的关系研究

摘  要:为探索浒苔藻体的理化因子对其反射光谱的影响模式,选用同属同实验条件下培养的浒苔藻体为研究对象,设计合理的光谱测试方案,设置相同的视场范围,定性和定量分析了浒苔藻体在生命周期不同阶段中的测试密度与其反射光谱之间的关系。研究结果表明:在同视场范围内,浒苔藻体的测定密度越大,长势越好,其光谱反射率在可见光近红外波段范围内有递增的趋势;浒苔藻体测试密度与其红边位置、红边幅值和红边面积存在显著的相关性,相关系数分别为0.76、0.768和0.763。红边参数的时间谱分析结果表明:中、高密度测定条件下,浒苔藻体的红边参数在其生长过程中呈现逐渐上升的趋势。该研究结果可为定量遥感之光谱特征研究提供参考。In order to discuss the impaction pattern of physical and chemical factors on the reflectance spectra of Enteromorpha prolifera, the author selected Enteromorpha prolifera, which belongs to the same genus and is under the same test condition, as investigated subject and suitably designed the spectra test scheme and set the same field of view. Then, quantitatively and qualitatively analysis about the relationship between measured density and reflectance spectra was made. The research results in- dicated that in the same field range,the larger the density of Enteromorpha prolifera becomes, the more increasing the reflec- tance in the visible and near infrared band range gets. The correlation between the density and red edge parameters (red edge position, red well position, red edge area) was obvious and the correlation coefficients were 0. 76,0. 768, and 0. 763 respectively. The research result of time spectra of red parameters indicated that red parameters increased gradually with the passage of time under the middle and high test density of Enteromorpha prolifera. The research will provide spectra characters with theory ref- erence.
