摘　　要：可持续发展是 2 1世纪世界各国协调经济、社会、生态之间相互关系的共同发展战略 ,是人类求得生存与发展的唯一途径。本文首先分析可持续发展复合系统中三个子系统和六个内在要素之间的联系与协调发展 ,以及作为系统各要素联系纽带的内在机制在推动可持续发展的过程中所起的作用。在此基础上 ,结合我国国情 ,全面、深入地探讨我国可持续发展动力机制和平衡机制的形成 ,提出我国实现可持续发展目标的内在机制的整体运行模式。Sustainable development is the common development strategy of every country in the world to coordinate the relationship between economics, society and ecology in the coming 21st century. It is the only available route that humanity can take in order to develop and survive. This article first analyzes link between and coordinated development of three subsystems and six inherent factors in the composite system of sustainable development. It also looks at the way these subsystems and inherent factors are tied together into an integrated mechanism which serves to promote the process of sustainable development. On this basis, and in accordance with the conditions of present day China, the article goes on to further exploration of the overall form of the motivational and balancing mechanisms within China's sustainable development. Finally it puts forward the complete operational pattern for the integrated mechanisms which will realize the aims of sustainable development in China.
