摘  要:以陇薯10号试管苗茎段为外植体,分别在5种培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导,比较接种后28 d时的出愈率及愈伤组织的形态,并将胚性愈伤接到10种不同分化培养基上进行再生苗分化。结果表明:接种28 d后,5种培养基均可诱导出大量的愈伤组织,MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L GA3+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D培养基上胚性愈伤诱导率最高,生长状态最好。胚性愈伤在MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L ZT+3.0 mg/L GA3培养基上分化率最高,且分化苗粗壮。To establish high efficient regeneration system of new potato (Solarium tuberosum L. ) variety Longshu 10, stem segments of Longshu 10 tube seedling were inoculated on 5 kinds of cuhure media to induce callus. After 28 d from inoculation, the frequency of callus induction and callus morphology were compared. The embryonic callus was inoculated on 10 different differentiation media for differentiation of seedling. The results showed that after 28 d from inoculation, a lot of callus were induced from all 5 kinds of media. The frequency of embryonic callus from the medium MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 3.0 mg/L GA3 +0.5 mg/L 2,4-D was highest, and the growth conditions of embryonic callus was best. The frequency of differentiated seedlings from the medium MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 2.0 mg/L ZT + 3.0 mg,/L GA3 was highest, and the differentiation stout seedlings was thick.
