摘　　要：互动教学以学生为本,有利于提高学生综合素质。高职刑法课应大力提倡互动教学。高职刑法课互动教学应遵循职业性原则、普及性原则、开放性原则,拓展互动教学领域,灵活运用互动教学形式,激发学生兴趣,增强课程吸引力。The interactive teaching based on students, improve students＇ comprehensive quality. Criminal law course in higher vocational colleges should promote interactive teaching. Higher vocational law class interactive teaching should follow the principle, occupation popu- larization principle, open principle, expand the area of interactive teaching, flexible use of interactive teaching, arouse the interest of stu- dents, enhance the attractiveness of courses.
