摘　　要：依据辩证法的矛盾观,对教学服务型大学与所处地方的独立与融入、服务与引领、定位与发展等几对矛盾关系进行剖析,进而阐明此类大学的办学体制机制、类型结构和层次结构等基本问题的发展要求和发展方向。On the basis of contradictory dialectics viewpoint, this article carries on the analysis to several pairs of contradictions of the teaching - serving university and the place ： independence and integration, service and guid- ance, positioning and development. It also clarify the basic problem of this kind of university： education system and mechanism, type structure and hierarchical structure, and pointed out development requirements and the devel- opment direction
