摘  要:在我国,会展业仍然是一个全新的领域,产业现状喜忧参半,对会展的理论和实践的研究只处于初级阶段。作为一门新兴专业,要在会展管理行业和学科理论发展水平较低的情况下培养出高素质的专业人才,首先要意识到会展专业技能型人才培养的重要性;明确当前高职院校会展专业人才培养中存在的问题;提出解决问题的方法和途径,即借助政府的宏观调控及政策的支持,壮大教师队伍,转变教育观念,有效整合高校、社会和企业三方面的资源,改变传统的人才培养模式,充分发挥三方资源优势,培养出社会认可的会展专业人才。In China, the exhibition industry is still a new field, the study of the theory and practice of which is only at its early stages. As a new and developing specialty with a comparatively low management level and weak theoretical foundation, it can only produce high-quality professional talents through the following measures. First it should be aware of importance of cultivating skilled talents, define the problems existing currently in the training of exhibition majors in vocational colleges, and propose the corresponding solutions, such as drawing on assistance from the government, strengthening teaching staff, changing educational concepts, integrating resources of colleges, society and enterprises, altering the traditional training mode, so as to bring up qualified exhibition graduates which can be accepted by the society.
