摘 要:由于海洋环境特殊,海洋生物产生了与陆地生物不同的代谢系统和防御体系,分泌出多种结构新颖、活性特异的次级代谢产物,并且许多类型在陆地生物中难以发现。国内外研究人员已从海洋细菌中分离得到酶、铁载体、毒素、大环内酯、多糖和糖苷等多种产物,其中不少具有显著的抗细菌、抗病毒、抗真菌等活性,有望开发成新型药物或保健品。概述了海洋细菌代谢产物的主要类型及产生菌,并对其潜在应用做了简单介绍。Due to the special marine environment, marine organisms produce the metabolic system and de- fense system different from those of terrestrial organisms, Secreting a Variety of secondary metabolites with no- vel structure and specific activity, many of which are difficult to find in terrestrial Organisms. The products iso- lated from marine bacteria include enzymes,'siderophores, toxinS, macrolide, polysaccharides, glycosides and so on,and many of them have significant anti-bacterial,anti-viral;anti-fungal activity,which are expected to be de- veloped into novel drugs or health products. This article provides an overview of the main types of marine bacte- ria metabolites and producing bacteria,and a brief introduction to their potential applications.
