摘　　要：煤炭行业作为中国最主要的能源行业之一,迅速提高企业技术创新能力和市场竞争力,是煤炭企业当前面临的重大问题。文中运用DEA评价方法对企业技术创新活动进行评价,发现企业技术创新体系中存在的"瓶颈",对于增强煤炭企业竞争力、加快企业创新体系的建设具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。The coal industry is one of the most importarLt energy industry in China,the rapid increase of enterprise technological innovation capability and market competitiveness, is a major issue facing the coal enterprises. Therefore, this paper use of DEA evaluation enterprise can find ＂bottleneck＂ in technology innovation system. It has imporLant theoretical and practical value for enhancing the competitiveness of coal enterprises, and speeding up enterprise innovation system.
