摘　　要：实践发展性考核评价是实现煤炭业发展和技术人才培养的一种高效的评价体系,采用实践发展性考核评价手段是完善煤炭技术创新型人才培养的重要保障,实践发展性考核评价的实施有助于促进煤炭技术创新型人才管理和培养的科学化,是保证煤炭业发展和技术人才培养实现双赢发展目标的助推器。Development evaluation,as a win-win evaluation system,is to realize a Technical talented person＇s personal development,and its integration into the future development of the mine.This approach is applied to improve the Technical talented person evaluation by means of innovation management reconstructing evaluation, and improving the evaluation means and methods.Development evaluation may contribute to the implementation of Technical talented person management,and helps to promote the mine＇s management.It may also serve as a booster to achieve the＂win-win＂develnnm,~,lt t t t,,,,t, oo ;_~,,： J _ _.
