论我国煤炭企业供应链管理的发展策略研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化和市场经济竞争日趋激烈化,我国煤炭企业必须提升自身的核心竞争力才能满足新形势下的生存发展需求。而供应链管理作为保持和发展煤炭企业竞争优势的重要管理措施,能够全面协调好供应链上各环节之间的关系,有效控制供应链上信息流、物料流、价值流,构建稳定的供需关系,确保煤炭企业实现经济效益最大化。本文从我国煤炭企业供应链管理的重要意义入手,对其供应链管理现状和问题进行分析,并提出强化供应链管理的发展策略。With the economic globalization and the market economy, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, China＇s coal enterprises must enhance their core competitiveness in order to meet the demand for the survival and development under the new situation. Supply chain management as an important management measures to maintain and develop the competitive advantage of the coal enterprises to fully coordinate on the relationship between the various aspects of good supply chain, effective control of the supply chain information flow, material flow, value stream, to build a stable relationship between supply and demand to ensure that the coal enterprises maximize economic efficiency. Start from the significance of China＇s coal enterprises in supply chain management, and analysis of their status and problems of supply chain management, and proposed to strengthen the development of the supply chain management strategy.
