摘　　要：以煤炭企业资源整合为研究对象,就煤炭企业资源整合过程中存在的问题进行了简要分析,详细阐述了煤炭企业资源整合过程中的有效对策,并据此论证了资源整合行为在提高煤炭企业发展水平与发展质量方面的重要意义。Taking the coal enterprise resource integration as a research subject, first the existing problems in the process of coal enterprise resource integration are briefly analyazed, the effective countermeasures in the process of the coal enterprise resource integration are expounded in detail. The important significance of the resource integration behavior in improving the development level and quality of coal enterprises is discussed.
