健康信念模式对恢复期精神分裂症患者自理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康信念模式对恢复期精神分裂患者自理能力的影响。方法将76例恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,在药物治疗的基础上,观察组接受以健康信念模式为理论基础的护理干预,对照组接受常规精神科护理,干预前和实施干预6个月后,采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)和精神病患者康复疗效量表(IPROS)对两组患者的自理能力和社会功能缺陷程度进行评定。结果观察组干预后ADL中躯体生活自理能力及工具性生活自理能力评分显著低于同期对照组及本组干预前(t=1.097,2.803,1.145,2.817;P<0.01);IPROS总分及各因子分也显著低于同期对照组及本组干预前(t=2.576,2.954,2.871,2.853,2.905,2.837;P<0.05或0.01)。结论健康信念模式可提高恢复期精神分裂症患者自理行为和社会功能,促进日常生活自理能力的提高。Objective To investigate the effect of health belief model on self-care ability of convalescence schizophrenic. Methods A total of 76 convalescence schizophrenics were divided into observation group and control group （ each 38 cases） , on the basis of drug treatment, the observation group took nursing intervention on the theoretical basis of health belief model, control group took conventional psychiatric nursing, before and 6 months after implementation of the intervention, the ability of daily life（ADL） scale and mental rehabili- tation efficacy scale（IPROS） were used to evaluate self-care ability and social function defect level of patients in two groups. Results Body independent living ability and instrumental self-care ability score were significantly lower in observed group after intervention than control group and the same period before intervention（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;And IPROS total and each factor points were also signifie＇antly lower than those in control group and the same period before intervention（ t =2. 576,2. 954,2. 871,2. 853,2. 905,2. 837 ;P 〈0. 05）. Conclu- sion Health belief model can improve self-care behavior and social function of convalescence schizophrenic, and promote the improvement of self-care ability of daily life.
