摘　　要：目的观察盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍的疗效。方法将88例老年轻度认知功能异常的患者随机分为两组-治疗组和对照组各44例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对照组只进行常规治疗。治疗时间为8周,观察治疗后2、4、8周认知功能及日常生活自理能力的改善程度。结果治疗组用药2周后开始起效,并且认知功能(t=2.199,3.162,4.583;P<0.05)和日常生活自理能力评分(t=-2.382,-4.630,-4.835;P<0.05)均好于对照组。结论盐酸多奈哌齐对老年认知障碍疗效确定,能改善他们的认知功能和日常自理能力。Objective To explore the effect of Donepezil on senile mild cognitive impairment. Methods A total of 88 patients with senile mild cognitive impairment were divided randomly into two groups（ each 44 cases） ,the treatment group was treated with Donepezil （5 rag/d）and routine treatment for 8 weeks,the control group was treated by routine treatment. Patients were assessed with MMSE and ADL before the treatment, and at the end of 2nd,4th and 8th week after treatment. Results From the 2nd, the scores of MMSE in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （t = 2. 199,3. 162,4. 583;P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores of ADL in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group （ t = -2. 382,-4. 630, -4. 835 ; P 〈 0. 05 ; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Donepezil is effective in treating patients with senile mild cognitive impairment, it can improve their cognitive function and activity of daily living.
