摘 要:目的观察花青素与葡萄糖醛酸(GA)联合对辐射大鼠肝功能的影响。方法本实验设4组,即正常对照组、辐射组、花青素组、花青素+GA组(联合组),每组10只大鼠。花青素组在常规饲料基础上添加1%的花青素,联合组添加1%的花青素和5%的GA,各组自由进食。10 d后,除正常对照组外,其余大鼠均接受3 Gy的50Coγ全身一次性照射,照射后第7天每组随机各取8只存活大鼠取血处死,检测清蛋白(ALB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和总胆红素(TB),同时记录实验期间大鼠饮食情况及体质量变化。结果辐照后大鼠体质量明显下降,辐射组、花青素组与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),联合组体质量减少率与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。辐射损伤后,辐射组、花青素组与正常对照组比较ALT、AST、TB活性增加,ALB活性降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组与正常对照组比较,ALT、AST、TB、ALB活性无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组指标不同性别大鼠间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论花青素和GA联合作用可减轻辐射对大鼠肝功能的损害,有效改善肝功能。Objective To observe the combined effect of anthocyanin and glucuronic acid (GA) on the fver function of irradiated rats. Methods 40 lats were randomly divided into four groups (n =10) , namely normal control group, radiation group, anthocyanins, and anthocyanin + GA (combined) group. 1% anthocyanins was added in conventional feed in anthocyanin gronp, 1% of anthocyanins and 5% GA was added in combined group. 10 days later, rats, in addition to the normal control group, received 3 Gy ^50Co-gamma irradiated. Seventh days after irradiation, 8 rats in each group were sacrificed and blood was collected; albumin (ALB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bifrubin (TB) was detected. Meanwhile, the changes of rat diet and weight were recorded. Results The body weight of rats significantly decreased after radiation, and there were significant differences among radiation group, anthocyanin group and normal control group (P 〈 0.01 ). No statistical significance was observed when comparing the combined group body mass loss rate with lhe normal control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). After radiation injury, ALT, AST, and TB activity increased, ALB activity decreased in radiation group and anthocyanin group compared with the normal control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference of ALT, AST, TB, and ALB activity between com- bined group and normal control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no statistical differences of the indicators between different gender of rats (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The combined use of anthocyanins and glucuronic acid can reduce the liver function damage effect of radiation in rat.
