社区居民结直肠癌知识现状的调查研究

摘　　要：目的通过对社区居民结直肠癌知识的调查,明确社区居民关于结直肠癌知识的现状,找出影响因素,并进一步探讨知识水平与筛查意愿之间的相关性。方法自行编制结直肠癌知识问卷,采用便利抽样的方法,采取"一对一、面对面"的访谈方法对沈阳市内5区方便抽取的5个社区内符合纳入标准的330位居民进行问卷调查。应用统计软件SPSS17.0进行数据录入与统计分析。结果社区居民结直肠癌知识问卷的平均分为10.38±3.34。影响知识水平的主要因素是文化程度、人均月收入、结直肠癌知识获取机会及知识分享。当被告知有危险时的结直肠癌筛查意愿及参与自费结直肠癌筛查的意愿均与结直肠癌知识得分呈正相关(r值分别为0.115、0.163,P均<0.05)。结论沈阳市社区居民的结直肠癌知识水平偏低,当被告知有危险时的结直肠癌筛查意愿及参与自费结直肠癌筛查的意愿与其知识水平呈正相关。结直肠癌知识是结直肠癌筛查意愿的影响因素,对结直肠癌筛查意愿具有积极的促进作用。Objective To investigate the current situation of the community residents＇ knowledge of colorectal cancer in Shenyang and find out the influence factors through survey, and to explore the conelation between knowledge level of colorecla] cancer and the screening intentions. Methods The eoloreetal cancer knowledge questionnaire was made by ourselves. Using the convenience sampling method, ＂one to one, face to face interviews were performed on 330 residents from 5 communities of five areas in Shenyang city. Software SPSS17.0 was used for data analysis. Results The av- erage score of the Shenyang community residents about the knowledge of the eoloreetal cancer questionnaire was 10.38±3.34. The influenee factors of knowledge level were education, per-capita monthly income, the knowledge acquisition and knowledge-sharing chance about eoloreetal cancer. The willingness of eoloreetal cancer screening and eolorectal cancer knowledge scores were positively correlated at both after notification of danger and their own expense （ r1 =0.115, P1 〈0.05 ; r2=0.163, P2 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The knowledge level of eoloreetal cancer among the community residents in shenyang is low, the main factors influencing the knowledge level of eoloreetal cancer is knowledge. Coloreetal cancer knowledge is an influence factor positively correlated with eoloreetal cancer screening, which positively promoting the eoloreetal cancer sereening will.
