摘  要:以‘砀山酥梨’为试材,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术测定了果实萼片脱落期幼果果心和果顶离层部位的生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)含量,分析了果实萼片脱落关键时期内源激素变化及其与萼片脱落的关系。结果表明:果实发育初期IAA含量较高,随之下降,而萼片脱落期萼片宿存果GA3含量较高,萼片脱落果ABA含量较高。‘砀山酥梨’果实萼片脱落由多种内源激素协同调控,幼果果顶离层部位、果心低IAA和GA3水平以及果顶离层部位高ABA水平有利于果实萼片脱落,反之,利于果实萼片宿存。' Dangshansuli' pear was used as material to study the relationship between calyx abscission and endogenous hormones content. The contents of IAA, GA3 and ABA in fruit core and calyx abscission layer of fruit tip were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the content of IAA was higher in the early stage of fruit development, and then went down,while the content of GA3 was higher for calyx persistent fruits and ABA for calyx abscission fruits. It suggested that calyx abscission was controlled by several endogenous hormones together. Lower content of IAA, GA3 in calyx abscission layer of fruit tip and fruit core, and higher content of ABA in calyx abscission layer of fruit tip were beneficial to the abscission of calyx, oppositely, were beneficial to the existence.
