忍冬不同农家品种果皮表面纹饰观察

摘　　要：目的比较忍冬10个农家品种果皮形态特征,为品种划分与良种选育提供实验依据。方法采用扫描电镜观察果皮表面纹饰。结果忍冬不同农家品种果皮表面纹饰可分为两类,其中第2类又可根据表面颗粒状物的有无分为两类,分类结果与当地药农对忍冬品系的划分部分吻合;且不同农家品种间果皮表面纹饰各不相同。结论忍冬果皮表面纹饰可作为忍冬不同农家品种划分的参考。Objective To compare morphological characteristics of fruit coats of Lonicera japonica among 10 cultivars and provide experimental evidence for distinguishing different cuhivars and selecting fine breeding. Methods The scanning electron microscope （SEM） was used. Results All the samples could be classified into 2 kinds, and the second kind could be classified into 2 kinds ac- cording their surface of fruit coats had granular material or not,the results were partly consistent with that of the farmers achieved; in addition, the surface omamentation of fruit coats among different cultivars were different. Conclusion The surface ommenttation of fruit coats of Lonicera japonica among different culticars could provide reference for distinguishing different cuhivars of Lonicerae japonica.
