摘 要:目的评价外燥对两种品系小鼠气道分泌功能与免疫功能影响的意义。方法 SPF级BabL/C小鼠和昆明种小鼠各64只随机分为常温常湿组、常温燥组、温燥组、凉燥组,每组各16只。按文献造模后第6天、第12天行气道组织病理观察、气管肺灌洗液中黏多糖(RM)、IgG与分泌型IgA(SIgA)含量检测。结果与两种品系之常温常湿组比较,温燥组与凉燥组第6、第12天气道出现炎性病理改变,伴RM、IgG、SIgA持续减少(P<0.05)检测。结论再次证实外燥伤肺、灼津之时,可引起两种品系小鼠气道炎性病理改变和减弱气道分泌功能与降低气道抗体水平;提出RM、IgG与SIgA可作为研究外燥伤肺、耗津病机的特异性指标。Abstract: Objective To evaluate on the effects of the resperitory secretory function and antibodies between two species mice in External dryness. Methods The 64 BabL/C and 64 Kunming species mice were randomized into the Normal temperature and hu- midity group ( A), Normal temperature - dryness group ( B ), Warm - dryness group ( C ) and Cool - dryness group ( D ) with 16 BabL/C and 16 Kunming in each. The models were made under the simulated condition of External dryness. On the 6th day and 12th day, the pathogenicity, respiratory mucopolsaccharide ( RM ) , IgG and secretory IgA (SIgA) were measured. Results Com- pared with group A ,on the 6th day and 12th day the pathogenic change of resperitory system was observed as parallely lasting re- duced of RM, IgG, SIgA in the two group C and D (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The results were repeatedly indicated that the secretory function and refence of the antibodies were injured of BabL/C and Kunming species mice in External dryness, and suggested that RM,IgG and SIgA were play a specific pathological markers to the study the mechanism of "injuring -lung and wasting -fluid" in External dryness.
