摘 要:目的了解成都市狂犬病免疫预防门诊卫生人力资源现状和特点,为优化狂犬病免疫预防门诊卫生技术人员建设提供参考依据。方法采用定量和定性调查相结合的方法,对成都市21个狂犬病免疫预防门诊的163名在岗医务人员进行问卷调查,并对60名医务人员进行个人深入访谈定性调查。结果年龄以中青年为主;男女性别所占比例分别为42.3%和57.7%;学历以大专为主占41.1%;职称以初级为主,占40.5%,无职称人员占23.3%;具有犬伤处置培训合格证的人员有89人,占54.6%,持有法定执业资格的有147人,占90.2%;区级门诊犬伤处置培训合格证和法定资质证持有率最多,市级门诊最少。结论成都市主城区狂犬病免疫预防门诊卫生人力资源配置状况和专业素质需要改善。应加强人力资源规划,建立合理的人员结构,增强工作人员稳定性;建立规范化专业培训制度,通过多种途径提高医务人员的专业技能和学历层次,培养高级人才,以促进狂犬病防控事业的发展。OBJECTIVE To find out the present situation and characteristic of health human resource of the immunization clinics of hydrophobia in Chengdu central urban zone, and to provide references for optimizing health human resources of the clinics. METHODS Qualitative investigation and quantitative investigation were both employed in 21 immunization clinics of hydrophobia in Chengdu.A questionnaire investgation survey was carried out for 163 medical staff and an in-depth interview was adopted for 60 medical staff. RESULTS The young became the main health technical force; the male and the female ac- counted for 42.3%and 57.7% respectively; the main education background was junior college, which accounted for 41.1%; Title composition: the professional titles were primary titles, which accounted for 40.5%, and 23.3% for no professional ti- tles; 89 responders held the training certificates, occupied 54.6%, and holding statutory qualifications were 147, accounted for 90.2%; The district clinics held the most training certificates and statutory qualifications and the municipal clinics had the lest. CONCLUSION It is necessary to improve the personnel cultivation and team buiding of the immunization clinics of hy- drophobia in Chengdu.h should complete medical personnel resources plan to better personnel structure and stability; It should establish educational training system to adjust professional capability, train high level technicians, and speed up the prevention and control for rabies by many kinds of ways.
