摘 要:目的明确东营市HPV疫情的分布。对疫苗的开发和引进进行指导。方法采用基因导流杂交技术,对5334名健康体检妇女宫颈脱落细胞中的21种HPV亚型进行检测,对人群感染率、各HPV亚型分布及各年龄段HPV感染率等指标进行统计分析。结果在5334例样本中,HPV总感染率为15.05%(803/5334);各HPV亚型感染率前4位依次是HPV-16、52、58、53型,占到总感染株的59.38%(566/953);≤30岁年龄段HPV感染率20.83%显著高于31—40岁(15.27%)、41~50岁(14.34%)和≥51岁(16.15%)年龄段的感染率(P〈0.01)。结论各地区应根据当地HPV亚型的流行情况有针对性的开发引进HPV疫苗,就东营市而言,可针对青春期和青春前期女性开发引进以HPV-16、52、58、53亚型为主的HPV预防性疫苗。OBJECTIVE To guide the exploitation and introduction of vaccine through determining the epidemiological condi- tion of human papillomavirus (HPV) subtypes. METHODS Total of 21 sttbtypes of HPV were detected by polymerase chain reaction and molecular hybridization in cervical exfoliated cells for 5 334 healthy females, and infection rates of all the cases, each subtype of HPV and different ages of females were calculated and analyzed. RESULTS Among all 5 334 cases, the total infection rate of HPV was 15.05% (803/5 334) . Four subtypes of 16, 52, 58 and 53 had the maximum infection rates in turn, which accounted for a total of 59.38% (566/953) in all HPV subtypes.The infection rate of ≤30 age group (20.83%) was significantly higher than that of 31 -40 age group ( 15.27% ) , 41 ~50 age group ( 14.34% ) and 351 age group (16.15%) (P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION Different areas should exploit and introduce HPV vaccine according to the epidemiolo- gy of HPV subtypes. In Dongying, we should exploit and introduce preventive vaccines of 16, 52, 58 and 53 subtypes for adolescent and preadolescent females.
