结直肠癌组织中CD_(44)V6、MMP-7和E-cadherin表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探索CD44V6、MMP-7和E-cadherin在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法对52例结直肠癌中CD44V6、MMP-7及E-cadherin的表达进行免疫组化检测。结果结直肠癌组织中CD44V6和MMP-7的阳性表达率分别是69.23%和78.85%,明显高于正常黏膜组织中的11.54%和9.62%(P﹤0.05),E-cadherin阳性表达率为48.08%,明显低于正常黏膜组织中的76.92%(P﹤0.05)。CD44V6、MMP-7和E-cadherin的表达与结直肠癌患者年龄、性别、部位、组织分化程度无关,与浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关。结论 CD44V6、MMP-7和E-cadherin与结直肠癌侵袭和转移性有关,对结直肠癌的预后判断有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the expressions of CDaV6, MMP-7 and E-cadherin with clinicopathologic features of colorectal carcinoma. METHODS The expressions of CD44V6, MMP-7 and E-cadherin in 52 cases of colorectal carcinoma were assessed by immunohistochemistry method. RESULTS The differences of CD44V6, MMP-7 and E-cadherin expressions between colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The expression was correlated with infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis, had no relationship with age, sex, position and differentiation. CONCLUSION The expressions of CD44V6, MMP-7 and E-cadherin have a close relationship with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Examination of expression may be helpful to judge biological behavior and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
