摘 要:目的探讨IMP3及GST-π在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测49例胃癌及其癌旁正常黏膜组织中IMP3和GST-π的表达。结果 (1)胃癌中IMP3的阳性表达率为81.63%(40/49),其中(+)18例、(++)14例、(+++)8例,IMP3的表达与胃癌组织学分型有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);GST-π的阳性表达率为89.79%(44/49),其中(+)8例、(++)18例、(+++)18例。GST-π在胃癌组织学分型中的表达差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01),并且肠型表达较强。IMP3和GST-π表达在胃癌患者的年龄、性别、淋巴结有无转移和临床分期等方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)Spearman等级相关分析显示胃癌中IMP3和GST-π的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。(3)癌旁组织中,IMP3和GST-π不表达或仅弱表达,与癌组织相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IMP3在胃癌的发生中可能起到一定的作用,并影响胃癌的分型;多耐药基因GST-π在肠型中高表达,提示高分化胃癌更易产生耐药。Objective "To explore the expressions of IMP3 and GST-π in gastric carcinoma and their relationships with clinical characteristics. Methods The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression levels of IMP3 and GST-π in tumor tissues and adjacent normal gastric mucosa of 49 gastric carcinoma patients. Results (1) The positive expression rate of IMP3 in gastric carcinoma was 81.63% (40/49) with [( + ) 18, ( + + ) 14, ( + + + ) 8], and the IMP3 expression was correlated with the histological type of tumor ( P〈 0.01 ). The positive expression rate of GST-n was 89.79% (44/49), with [( + ) 8, ( + + ) 18, ( + + + ) 18], and the GST-r~ expression was also correlated with the histological type of tumor ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the expression level in intestinal type gastric cancer was significantly up-regulated. There was no correlation between the expressions of IMP3 and GST-Trand age, sex, lymph node metastasis, and clinical stage separately (P 〉 0.05 ). (2) The Spearman Correlation analysis showed there was no correlation between the expressions of IMP3 and GST-π in gastric carcinoma (P 〉 0.05 ). (3) The weak or negative expression was presented in the adjacent normal gastric mucosa, and compared with the cancerous tissue, the differences had a statistical significance (P〈 0.01). Conclusions IMP3 may play a role in the occurrence of gastric carcinoma, and affect the stomach cancer classification; The high expression of multiple drug-resistant gene GST-π in intestinal type may indicate high differentiation gastric cancer is more likely to produce drug resistance.
