摘 要:原民主德国作为五个新建州加入联邦德国后,职业教育须同化到联邦德国教育制度中。制度差异给新五州职业教育转型带来一定程度的困扰,联邦政府和欧盟积极采取措施予以缓解,取得了一定成效。新五州职业教育的转型展现了各方协作创新的努力,证明了职业教育不仅是特定历史的产物,也是关涉政治、经济、文化、意识等多个要素的系统工程。Since the democratic republic of Germany joined the Federal Republic of Germany as five new Bundeslands, its vocational education must be assimilated into the educational system of the later. For the institutional differences be- tween them, transformation of vocational education in the five new Bundeslands got into trouble in some ways. The govern- ment and the European Union took active measures to deal with and achieved certain effects. The transformation not only indicated the collaborative and innovational efforts of all participants, but also proved that vocational education is a prod- uct of specific history, a systematic project involving many factors such as political, economic, cultural, consciousness and so on.
