摘 要:目的检测肺癌患者外周血中Foxp3以及化疗前后的变化,探讨肺癌患者的发病机制,为肺癌临床治疗和预后提供依据。方法利用流式细胞仪检测96例肺癌患者和51例健康对照者外周血Foxp3水平,并对49例肺癌患者进行化疗前后的动态观察。结果肺癌患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+调节性T淋巴细胞显著增多,化学治疗后较治疗前明显降低。结论CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+调节性T淋巴细胞的增多与机体的免疫力下降以及肿瘤的发生发展有一定关系,化学治疗后有一定程度的恢复,检测Foxp3对肺癌患者发病机制的探讨和治疗观察有一定意义。Objective To investigate the change of Foxp3 in lung cancer patients after chemo-therapy and the pathogenesis of lung cancer. Methods Foxp3 level was deteeted in 96 lung cancer pa-tients and 51 healthy controllers by flow cytometry, meanwhile, dynamic observation was performed in 49 patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy. Results CD4^ + CD25^ + Foxp3^ + regulatory T cells were significantly increased in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients, and significantly reduced in these patients after chemotherapy. Conclusions The increase of CD4^ + CD25^ + Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells may be associated with the decline of the body' s immune system, as well as the formation and develop-ment of tumor, which can recover to a certain extent after chemotherapy. Detection of Foxp3 can help the study of lung cancer' s pathogenesis and its clinical effect observation.
