摘 要:基于旋转变压器(旋变)与旋变/数字转换器转换芯片相结合的转子位置获取方案,存在系统成本较高和设计复杂等不足;而且,基于旋变的位置传感器一旦出现幅值不平衡、正交不完全和信号偏移故障时,将导致转子位置信号出现偏差,影响内嵌式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)矢量控制系统的动态和稳态性能。为了在降低系统成本且简化系统设计的同时,确保基于旋变的IPMSM矢量控制系统的位置获取精度,论文首先研究基于电机控制器中的DSP对旋变输出进行软件解调的实现方法,再提出位置传感器故障的在线诊断方法和自适应容错控制策略,最后搭建集成位置传感器故障的在线诊断和容错功能的IPMSM矢量控制系统,通过系统仿真证明提出的IPMSM系统转子位置获取方案的合理有效性。The algorithm of obtaining rotor position based on the resolver and resolver / digital converter has some disadvantages such as a higher system cost and design complexity. Moreover, once position sensor based on resolver appears amplitude imbalance, imperfect quadrature and signal offset failure, it will result in deviation of the rotor position signal, affecting the dynamic and steady performance of the vector controlled interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). In order to reduce system cost and simplify system design, at the same time, to ensure the rotor position accuracy, the soft demodulation scheme was researched first for the resolver output signal based on the DSP for the IPMSM control, then, the online position sensor fault diagnosis and adaptive fault-tolerant control strategy was proposed, at last, the vector controlled IPMSM system was set up integrated online position sensor fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant, moreover, the reasona- ble validity of proposed rotor position acquisition scheme for the IPMSM system was verified through the sys- tem simulation.
