摘 要:转矩是电机的重要特征参数之一,力矩电机由于自身结构的原因,其转矩存在着一定的波动。转矩波动系数是衡量电机转矩波动情况的主要参数。转矩的测量方法和检测装置的研究是技术人员长期探索的问题。本文介绍了一种基于堵转法原理,用单片机控制机械手带动电机定子旋转并自动高速采样,再利用计算机计算输出转矩波动系数的测量方法和装置。文中还对采集到的大量数据的补偿处理方法进行了深入探索。通过对样本电机进行检测分析,证明该方法可以方便快捷地实现转矩波动系数的自动化检测,而且精度得到极大提高。Torque is an important characteristic parameter of the motor. Due to its own structure, the torque of torque motor fluctuates. Torque ripple coefficient is an essential parameter of motor torque ripple. There is a long way to go for the technician to raise novel testing methods and detection devices. Stall principle based method and device were proposed in this paper. In the device, robot driven by the stepper motor which is controlled by MCU made the stator rotate with high-speed automatic sampling. The data sent to computer was processed, and then the result of torque ripple coefficient was output. The in-depth exploration of the data processing was described. A motor sample was detected and analyzed. It is proved that this method achieves the automatic detection of the torque ripple coefficient quickly and easily, and the accuracy has been im- proved greatly
