摘　　要：课程开发是职业教育教学整个过程的焦点，关乎职业教育教学的水平、效果；课程开发又联动着职业教育教学的多项因素。文章从职业素质、职业能力的培养角度，探究课程开发建设与职业教育教学的内在关系；阐明职业素质的培养是职业院校长效发展的内驱力，职业能力的培养应该根植于职业素质的培养，课程开发建设是践行职业素质、职业能力培养的途径，课程开发与职业素质、职业能力的培养密不可分。Vocational education teaching curriculum development is the focus of the whole process, about the level of education teaching profession, effect; the curriculum development and the professional education teaching with a number of factors, this article from the professional quality, professional ability training Angle, explore the curriculum development construction and professional education teaching internal relations; clarify the training of professional quality of long-term development vocational colleges,motivation, professional ability traimng should be rooted in the professional quality of the training, course development and construction is practicing professional quality, professional ability training approach, the curriculum development and professional quality, professional ability training is inseparal^le~
