摘　　要：“工学结合”的成人教育不能让学生混文凭，而应根据“工学结合”的特点和人才培养的需要，全面加强教学管理，而教的管理和学的管理是全面质量管理的关键。同时，常态化的管理需要规范化、制度化，才能实现“工学结合”的成人教育的科学化管理，确保让学生真正学到东西，才能全面提高人才质量。The adult education based of“Work-integrated learning”can＇t let the students stay in college for the diploma and learn nay knowledge, and should be needed to comprehensively strengthen the teaching management based on the characteristics of “Work-integrated learning” and the needs of Personnel training. The management of teaching and learning is the key to total quality management. Normalized management which need standardization and institutionalization can be achieved scientific management of the adult education based of“Work-integrated learning”and ensure that the students really learn something, to comprehensively improve the quality of talents.
