摘　　要：本文介绍了涡轮壳铸件消失模发泡模具的快速制造过程 ,即首先采用曲面建模技术 ,完成模具的三维造型 ,而后结合分层物体制造 (LOM )快速造型技术和转移涂料精确铸造工艺 ,实现模具的快速制造。结果表明 ,此种工艺方法 ,可以实现小型、复杂浅腔模具的快速制造。The rapid manufacturing process of the foam die for worm wheel in lost foam process is described in this paper.First,the 3D model of the foam die is constructed by using the surface modeling and then it is rapid manufactured by using the laminated object manufacturing (LOM) and precise casting technology of transferring coating.The results showed that this technology could be used to produce the small sized,complicated shallow die.
