人本主义学习论对我国教师教学理念的启示

摘　　要：所谓的人本主义学习论实际上就是指在教学的过程中，要以学生为中心，着重培养学生的人格和发展这才是主要意义所在，其重要强调的是老师怎样教学生做主人比老师该怎样教学生读书更为重要，而我国在新的课程标准改革的目标中也是明确的指出了，要求我们所有的教育者在实际的教学过程中要以学生的主要发展当做教学原则和教学目标，因此，本文阐述的人本主义学习论对于我国高校教师在教学理念方面起到的作用是有很重要的价值的。The humanistic learning theory actually means in the teaching process, To take the student as the center, Emphasize the cultivation of personality and the development of students＇ this is the main significance, The emphasis is the teacher how to teach the students to master than the teacher how to teaching reading is more important, But our country in the curriculum reform of new goal is clear, We all educators in the actual teaching process, To the development of students as the main teaching principles and objectives, Therefore, in this paper, the Humanism learning theory in ChinaThe university teachers in the teaching role is a very important value.
