摘　　要：构建成人函授、业余教育的网络教学模式,即学员的个别化自主学习,这是当前越来越讲究效率的时代的必然趋势。如何打造成人教育网络教学模式成了当前成人教学改革的重中之重。本文从"教师、教学资源、学习文化和教学支持"系统四个方面阐述如何构建成人教育网络教学模式。Constructing network teaching mode for adult education and continuation education i.e. students＇ individualized learning is an inexorable trend in the efficiency-valuing era. How to construct the network teaching mode for adult education is the key point of adult education reform. This article expounds the network teaching mode from four aspects： teachers, teaching resources, learning culture and teaching support.
