摘　　要：125I粒子组织间植入是将125I放射性粒子准确植入人肿瘤体内,通过微型放射源发出持续、短距离的γ、χ放射线,最大限度杀伤肿瘤组织,不损伤或轻微损伤正常组织的技术,在临床广泛应用。肿瘤局部控制效果较好,延缓局部复发或转移,能改善患者生活质量,提高生存率,已成为肝癌治疗的新热点。本文从125I粒子治疗肝癌的生物学特点、作用机理、实验研究及临床应用的最新进展进行综述。Iodine-125 brachytherapy is a radioactive method that implants iodine-125 seeds into the tumor tissue accurately in vivo,which destroys the tumor tissue maximumly,with no or minor damage to the normal tissue through the gamma and X-radiation.It is very popular for clinical doctor to use the iodine-125 to treat hapatocellular carcinoma patients.It was reports that this method have an effect on the local tumor,delaying local recurrence or metastasis,and improving the survival and patients＇ quality.This article reviews the recent research progress on iodine-125,including the biological charactersfics,the mechanism of the killing,the experiment and clinical research in hepatocellular carcinoma.
