饲料中添加黄粉虫干粉对果园生态放养鸡生长性能与免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为研究饲料中添加黄粉虫干粉对果园生态放养鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。将300羽28日龄的果园生态放养鸡随机分为添加0.5%黄粉虫干粉试验I组、添加1%黄粉虫干粉试验Ⅱ组和不添加的对照组,果园生态放养4周后测定各组的生长性能、新城疫HI抗体水平、免疫器官指数。结果表明,饲料中添加0.5%和1%黄粉虫干粉能显著提高果园生态放养鸡的生长性能,促进免疫器官的生长发育,显著提高HI抗体水平。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of tenebrio molitor on growth performance and ira- mune function of or- chard ecological chicken.300 twenty-eight-days-old chickens were randomly divided into three groups and appended on 0.5%, 1% compound tenebrio molitor dry as I, Ⅱ, and control group without any drugs.And then determined the growth performance, Newcastle disease HI antibody levels, immune organ index.The results showed the growth performance and the growth and development of im- mune organs were significantly improved in I and II groups that diets supplemented with 0.5%, 1% , as well as the level and duration of HI antibody.
