摘　　要：本文以中点箝位式NPC型三电平电路为拓扑结构,建立了三相PWM整流器的数学模型,分析了电压定向控制工作机理,介绍了数字锁相环和同相载波层叠PWM控制技术。Matlab仿真实验结果表明:NPC-PWM-REC具有四象限运行、容量大、谐波含量少和动态响应快等优点。Based on topological structure of neutral point clamped three level circuit , this paper establishes the mathematical model of NPC-PWM-REC, analyzes VOC mechanism, introduces the digital phase-locked loop and the phase carrier disposition PWM technology. Results of Matlab simulation show that NPC-PWM-REC has the advantages such as ： four quadrant operation, large power , low harmonics, and fast dynamic response etc.
