摘  要:为了测量机械密封在特定工况下诸如介质压力、温度、弹簧比压、转速、摩擦扭矩、泄漏量等性能参数,基于NI PCI-6221采集卡使用LabVIEW作为开发平台设计了数据采集系统;依据机械密封试验流程设计了数据采集的软件流程;依据衡量机械密封性能的主要参数确定了测量参数,依据测量参数及控制要求设置了采集任务、分配了采样率、确定了测量及控制通道;依据Labview的事件驱动划分了程序的功能模块,设计了仪器化的用户界面;系统采取的抗干扰措施确保了测量数据的可靠性和精确性;对测量的数据分析表明该系统运行稳定、采集的数据精度高,满足机械密封试验数据采集的要求。In order to measure the performance parameters of the mechanical seal under certain conditions, such as medium pressure, temperature, spring pressure, rotational speed, friction torque, leakage etc, data acquisition system was designed using LabVIEW develop- ment platform based on NI PCI--6221 data acquisition card. According to the mechanical seal testing procedure, data acquisition software procedure was designed. The measurement parameters were decided by main performance parameters of mechanical seal, the collection tasks were set up, the sampling rate was assigned, the measurements and control channels were designed by the measurement parameter and con trol requirements. According to the Lahview event driven, the function modules of the program were divided and the instrumentation user in terface was designed. and accuracy of date were improved by the measures of anti--interference. Analyzing the measurement data showed that the system was steadily, the accuracy of collected data was high, and it met the requirements of mechanical seal test data acquisi tion.
