摘　　要：目的总结复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗方法,为临床复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗提供参考依据。方法将无锡市第三人民医院2008年1月—2012年12月收治的16例复杂纵隔肿瘤患者经外科手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组16例患者,恢复良好14例,死亡2例,死亡率12.5%。结论复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗比普通纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗难度大、风险性高,应根据临床诊断结果进行综合分析,准确选择手术切口和术式,完整的切除瘤体,是提高临床治愈率患者生存质量的关键。Objective To summarize the analysis of complex surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors for clinical complex surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors provide references. Methods A hospital in January 2008 - December 2012 were treated 16 cases of patients with mediastinal tumors complicated surgical treatment clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group of 16 patients with good recovery in 14 cases, 2 deaths, the mortality rate of 12. 5%. Conclusion Surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors complicated than ordinary surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors is difficult, high risk, should be based on a comprehensive analysis of the clinical diagnosis, accurate selection and sur gical incision, complete tumor resection, is to improve the clinical cure rate key to the quality of life of patients.
