摘　　要：目的 :观察壮医经筋疗法治疗肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法 :对1550例肌筋膜炎患者,采用壮医经筋疗法(经筋疗法:经筋推拿手法+壮医火针+拔火罐,三法合形成的三联疗法)治疗,并观察疗效。结果 :治愈888例,好转620例,无效42例,有效率97.29%。结论 :壮医经筋疗法治疗肌筋膜炎的临床疗效好,操作简便,安全性高,适宜推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine tendons therapy on myofascitis. Methods ： 1550 cases of muscle fasciitis patients were treated with Zhnang medicine tendons therapy （ tendons therapy： manipulation tendons ＋ Zhuang medicine fire needle＋ cupping, three methods to form triple therapy ） and the effect was observed. Results ： 888 cases were cured, improved in 620 cases, ineffective in 42 cases, the efficiency was 97.29%. Conclusion ： Zhuang medicine tendons therapy has obvious clinical efficacy on myofascitis and it is easy to operate, safe and appropriate application.
