参七消痞颗粒抗炎作用实验研究

摘  要:目的 :观察参七消痞颗粒(SQ)的抗炎作用。方法 :采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对急性炎症的作用;采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对慢性炎症的作用。结果 :参七消痞颗粒各剂量均可明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀率,抑制醋酸导致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加,显著减小致炎后大鼠足肿胀率;参七消痞颗粒中剂量和低剂量可显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成。结论 :参七消痞颗粒对急性炎症和慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用。Objective : To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Shenqi Xiaopi Granules ( SQ ). Methods : To observe the effect of SQ on acute inflammation, the model of mice ear swelling was induced by xylene ; the permeability increase of blood capillary was induced by HAc in mice ; the model of rat paw edema was induced by carrageenin. The model of rat cotton pellet granuloma was used to analyse the effect of SQ on chronic inflammation. Results : The permeability increase of blood capillary induced by HAC in mice, the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice, the edema of paw induced by carrageenin in rat were inhibited significantly by SQ groups respectively. The medium, low dose groups of SQ were capable to inhibit cotton pellet granuloma hyperplasia significantly. Conclusion : The experiments demonstrated the prevention and treatment of SQ on acute and chronic inflammation.
