二参三草汤对胃低级别上皮内瘤变PTEN、PCNA表达影响研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察二参三草汤对胃低级别上皮内瘤变PTEN、PCNA的影响。方法 :21例胃低级别上皮内瘤变患者,服用二参三草汤,疗程6个月,观察治疗前后症状、胃镜及PTEN、PCNA的变化。结果 :二参三草汤改善症状,降低PCNA表达,提高PTEN表达。结论 :二参三草汤治疗胃低级别上皮内瘤变的机制与PCNA表达的降低、PTEN表达的提升有关,抑制病变细胞增殖,调控细胞生长。Objective：To investigate the influence on PTEN and PCNA of Ershen Sancao Decoction. Method： 21 patients diagnosed by GLIN accepted the treatment by Ershen Sancao Decoction. After six months, the observation of clinical symptoms and endoscopy even the expressions of PTEN and PCNA were carried on. Results ： After treatment, symptoms were relieved, the expression of PCNA was decreased, the expression of PTEN was increased. Conclusion ： The mechanism of Ershen Sancao Decoction treating GLIN is related to the change on quality of PTEN and PCNA. PLGC can be reversed by Chinese medicine, such as Ershen Saneao Decoction, through increasing the expression of tumor suppressor gene.
