华蟾素辅助FOLFOX6方案治疗老年进展期非手术胃癌患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察并探讨华蟾素辅助FOLFOX6方案治疗非手术进展期胃癌患者的近期疗效与预后。方法：入选我院80例非手术进展期胃癌患者并随机分为治疗组（n=42例）与对照组（n=38例）,对照组予FOLFOX6化疗方案,治疗组在此基础上同步服用华蟾素片,化疗结束后随访36个月,对比化疗结束后3个月近期疗效、远期生存率与生存月数。结果：①治疗组近期疗效中总体有效率（64.3%）高于对照组（52.6%）（χ2=1.118,P=0.290）,KPS评分高于对照组（80.4±6.7）VS（77.5±6.2）（t=2.011,P=0.048）;②两组化疗期间毒性反应类似,主要是Ⅰ~Ⅱ度毒性反应,Ⅲ、Ⅳ度少见;③治疗组累积生存率、平均生存月数均高于对照组（0.190±0.061）VS（0.079±0.044）（χ2=2.308,P=0.129）、（19.524±1.400）VS（16.842±1.215）（t=9.171,P=0.000）。结论：华蟾素辅助FOLFOX6方案治疗非手术进展期胃癌可改善患者生存质量,一定程度上延长存活时间,提高远期生存率。Objective ： To observe and explore the clinical efficacy and prognosis of cinobufacini adjuvant FOLFOX6 regimen in treatment of non operative elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods ： 80 admitted cases were randomized into treatment group （ n=42 ） and control group （ n=38 ）. The control group was applied with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen, based on which treatment group was given cinobufacini orally, followed up for 36 months. The recent clinical efficacy, cumulative survival rate and drug toxicity were noted and compared between 2 groups. Results ： ① Overall efficiency and KPS score of treatment group were both higher than those of the control group 64.3% VS 52.6% （χ 2=1-118, P=0.290 ）, （ 80.4 ± 6.7 ） VS. （ 77.5 ± 6.2 ） （ t=2.011, P=0.048 ）. ② Drug toxicities of 2 groups were similar, mainly I - II degree, III＆ IV rare.③ Cumulative survival rate and average survival months of treatment group were higher than those of the control group （ 0.190 ± 0.061 ） VS. （ 0.079 -± 0.044 ） （ χ2=2.308, P=0.129 ）, （ 19.524 ± 1.400 ） VS. （ 16.842 ± 1.215 ） （ t=9.171 P=0.000 ）. Conclusion ： Cinobufacini adjuvant FOLFOX6 regimen in treatment of non operative elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve life quality, prolong life span and increase long-term survival rate.
